My name is Geneva and I am the proud owner of Eva Marie’s Italian Bites. Recently formed in September 2022 with the help of my husband and Nonna’s recipes we decided to pursue my dream of opening a food business.

We currently attend all craft/vendor events in New Hampshire and we are looking to expand into the food truck scene. We recently acquired a food trailer and our dream is to fix it up to start slinging cannolis and Italian sodas out this summer.

We look forward to serving all of New England in the coming Months and Years.
